During my stay, I had a hassle-free check-in experience at this hotel despite the process being a bit different. The hotel check-in was to be conducted by a different person, so I was required to call the operator first. The staff, David, was very helpful and accommodating. He gave me recommendations for the best restaurants and tourist spots to visit around the area.

The staff was polite and gave good recommendations for things to see and places to eat nearby. The room was also conveniently located in the hotel building itself.
The pool was closed for our entire stay, despite what the front desk staff promised. there was no shower curtain, making it difficult to keep the bathroom floor dry.

The person who checked us in was very helpful and gave us some good restaurant recommendations. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, as it was close to some nice spots we wanted to visit.
The pool was out of order during our stay, which was disappointing as we were looking forward to using it. Also, there was no curtain between the shower and the toilet, which meant the whole floor would get wet and slippery. Not ideal for our new year stay.
